Sean Settles is a certified Personal Trainer through the prestigious American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and has completed several continuing education courses through the ASCM in nutrition to advise his clients on the best ways for them to lose and maintain a healthy weight.
Sean is completing his degree in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in spring, 2012. He specializes in being a functional strength trainer, which means he utilizes various apparatus and equipment to make each of his clients strong. He focuses in on activating your core muscles during all exercises to enable your body to function properly. Once functioning properly you will be able to get a strong, lean, and healthy body.
Additionally, Sean has completed coursework as a Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor and C.H.E.K. Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach. Now as a Nutritionist Sean can better help his clients and community understand the roles proper nutrition has on your body to balance your metabolism. Identifying your unique metabolism is key for stubborn weight loss, flattening your stomach, and shrinking those tough to lose spots.

Whether you need to change up your work out, tweak your nutrition plan, or just need some life coaching/motivation than let’s set up an appointment today because for changes to be of any true value, they’ve got to be lasting and consistent. Any time you sincerely want to make a change, the first thing you must do is to raise your standards. When people ask me what really changed my life 5 years ago, I tell them that absolutely the most important thing was changing what I demanded of myself. I wrote down all the things I would no longer accept in my life, all the things I would no longer tolerate, and all the things that I aspired to become.
