Each one of personal trainers has at least one certification through the top training organizations. Then every trainer is mentored by NJ Shore Fit Master Trainers to continue their education on proper exercise protocols, cardiovascular prescription, and proper corrective exercise. Your Trainer’s job is to assess your fitness level, set up a program for you and keep you motivated. He or she will push you past your comfort level–something difficult to do on your own.
Each session lasts 30 to 60 minutes. The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, body measurements, exercise and health history and goals. Be prepared to step on the scale, have your body fat tested and answer specific questions about your health and fitness goals. After that, you’ll spend most of your time on strength training, flexibility, and cardio.
We have several trainers with various backgrounds in education and experience (i.e. marathon running, sport-specific training, pre/post-natal, or post-physical therapy)

Personal Training Session Terms –NJ Shore Fit personal training session packages expire after 1-year from the date of purchase. Packages may be shared by spouses and children. Partner-Sessions are designed for friends to work out together, but both must attend or be charged the full price. 24-hour noticed of cancellation of appointment is necessary unless an emergency arises, or no shows will be charged for confirmed appointments. Insufficient funds on checks will be charged $25 processing fee. Auto-payment options are available for monthly payments of 60 minute packages over 20 sessions. Insufficient funds during auto-payment contract are charged $25 late fee per month.
