Our bodies and minds are a complex synergy of energy flows generated by the processes of our organs like energy from the food we digest, thoughts our minds create, and the electrical energy created from exercise.  You will understand why every meal, every bout of exercise and every late night has a hormonal consequence. You will understand body as a “system of systems” or a series of feedback mechanisms reacting to all the things you think about and do in your life.

Uncover many of the myths and confusion on weight loss, exercise, detoxification, and dieting.  Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching is a program that combines an intensive study of the relationship between food, exercise & lifestyle habits. We utilize innovative tools to recognize and create individualized holistic eating, exercise, and life coaching plans to improve your own overall health & wellness. In addition, you will be educated on the important roles that sleep, food quality, stress reduction techniques, and energy building exercise play in improving your health.  Then you will learn practical methods that initiate valuable lifestyle changes to achieve your goals.

– Learn how to apply the 1-2-3-4 approach to developing long-term body-mind changes.

– Understand the relationship between the 6 Foundation Health Principles and body-mind stress and learn how to apply these principles to balance your body systems so you can exemplify well-being!

– Learn and practice Paul Chek’s Zone Exercises as a means of “Working-In” which will show you how to use movement to “create energy” and cultivate the lifeforce needed to effectively express your creativity and Work-Out!

– Identify common roadblocks to success with diet and lifestyle modifications and gain simple solutions.

– Know how to implement key concepts of individualized eating using Paul Chek’s Primal Pattern® eating

– Discover how and when to use the “less is more”principle of exercise prescription and how to apply the 5 essentials of program design.
