Beach Body Boot Camp Class is offered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6x’s a day: 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 4:30 PM, and 5:30 PM on the basketball court. ***class times are subject to change based on registration, please check the schedule below.
Each class is 60 minutes of intense workouts designed to lose weight and keep it off. Great for maintenance of strong, lean bodies. I believe that this is the best value for your buck at the Jersey Shore with a FREE 30 min Holistic Nutrition session each month, Individualized Heart Rate Monitor Cardiovascular Workouts for your ‘off days’, and only $15 per class who can beat it!
