Recently, I moved out of NYC to pursue my passion — fitness training. I am currently taking classes at Monmouth University and interning with their Strength and Conditioning program as I pursue a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science. I have specialty certifications in TRX, performance enhancement, and soon will have strength and conditioning certification.
